Van had a tyre blow out on the Cromarty bridge, James from Ross’s Garage was there within 40mins, hooked up the van and towed me back to Tyre City who changed the tyre and I was on my way. Thanks for an efficient, prompt and friendly service.

Well our first camping trip of 2021 most definitely did not go to plan… but massive thanks to Ross’s Garage at Milton of Clava (by Culloden Moor) http://rosssgarage.co.uk/ for rescuing us, our car and trailer packed full of camping stuff off the A9 on Sunday – thank you so much Michael and James – and also to Michael and his helper for delivering everything that could be saved back to us way earlier than expected yesterday morning – and when the turn into the drive proved impossible to drop the car, thank you and apologies again to the residents of the “Osliebrae road end…” where we left it. Big thanks to all for helping and thank you also to Frumpy the recovery truck – love her name!

When our tow car and caravan broke down with an electronic problem on a slip road onto the A9 just outside Inverness this morning, we had 2 Ross recovery trucks with us within 15 minutes. The drivers worked brilliantly together to solve the problem of getting our hybrid car onto the truck as the brakes had locked on and sorting a different truck to carry the caravan home when the tow hitch proved incompatible. Thank you for your prompt service, great team work and cheerful pragmatic attitudes. Just sorry I didn’t get your drivers’ names but I’m sure they will remember.
